As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will expertly manage the flow of guests by coordinating reservations, executing our seating strategy, and liaising seamlessly between the door, bar, and service staff. Maintaining a vibrant, organized, and upscale atmosphere is crucial to the success of our venue. You will handle guest queries, manage the waitlist during peak hours, and ensure every seating transition is smooth and efficient.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage the reservations system and seating chart to optimize guest flow and table turnover.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus, ensuring a smooth transition to the service team.
- Provide accurate information regarding the venue, menu items, and special events.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, lobby, and waiting list.
- Communicate effectively with the management and service teams to address guest needs and special requests.
- Assist in managing guest relations, handling inquiries or concerns gracefully, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Support the team during peak hours, coordinating operations between the door, bar, and floor.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Host, Hostess, or in a guest-facing hospitality role (preferably in a high-volume bar, restaurant, or club).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a strong plus.
- Outgoing and confident personality with the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional grooming and presentation reflecting the premium brand of NOTTE BALI.
- Familiarity with reservation management systems (e.g., SevenRooms, OpenTable) is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by the hospitality schedule.
- Knowledge of the Uluwatu / Kuta Selatan hospitality scene is preferred.
