- Greet guests promptly with a friendly demeanor and provide accurate wait time estimates
- Manage seating arrangements efficiently to maximize table turnover and guest satisfaction
- Handle reservations through phone, online platforms, and walk-ins using POS systems
- Coordinate with waitstaff to ensure smooth table turnover and service flow
- Maintain clean and organized lobby/waiting areas with comfortable seating
- Assist with special requests and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to maintain service standards
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in reservation management systems and basic POS software
- Positive attitude and passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Basic knowledge of local attractions (Bali) to assist guests
