Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and seat guests with efficiency and professionalism
- Manage reservation systems and waiting lists during peak hours
- Provide detailed information about menu offerings and promotions
- Coordinate with servers to ensure seamless table turnover
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of entrance and waiting areas
- Assist in training new front-of-house staff members
Kualifikasi
- Previous host/hostess or similar customer-facing experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial
- Basic knowledge of Seminyak attractions and services
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
