Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and high-energy demeanor upon arrival.
- Manage the reservations system and optimize seating arrangements to maximize venue flow.
- Provide detailed information to guests regarding our facilities, events, and promotions.
- Coordinate closely with the floor team to ensure prompt service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with extreme professionalism.
- Monitor the entrance area to ensure a smooth, organized, and secure experience for all guests.
- Maintain a polished, clean, and organized reception area at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or premium hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
- Impeccable personal grooming and a professional, welcoming appearance.
- Ability to remain calm, friendly, and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly with reservation management software and POS systems.
- Strong team player with a proactive 'can-do' attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
