Are you a warm, professional, and energetic individual with a passion for hospitality? Black Sand Bali is seeking a dedicated Host/Hostess to become the first point of contact for our guests. In this role, you will play a crucial part in setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience by ensuring seamless guest flow, efficient reservation management, and a welcoming atmosphere from the moment guests arrive until they depart.

As the face of Black Sand Bali, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where your communication skills and ability to multitask are paramount. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their presentation, possesses a keen eye for detail, and truly enjoys interacting with diverse international guests in the heart of Bali.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Welcome all guests with a warm, professional, and friendly greeting upon arrival.
  • Manage the reservation system, including incoming phone calls, online bookings, and walk-in requests.
  • Coordinate with the service team to maintain accurate table status and efficient seating flow.
  • Monitor the dining room atmosphere to ensure guest comfort and promptly address any special requests or inquiries.
  • Assist in managing waiting lists during peak hours with patience and professionalism.
  • Provide guests with accurate information regarding our menu, promotions, and venue facilities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized host station at all times.
  • Uphold the highest standards of service excellence to contribute to positive guest reviews.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Host/Hostess in a high-volume restaurant, cafe, or hotel environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
  • High level of personal grooming and presentation.
  • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with digital reservation systems or POS software.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
