As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for our guests' entire experience. You will be responsible for welcoming visitors with a genuine smile, managing table reservations efficiently, and coordinating seating arrangements to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and guide them to their designated tables.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists efficiently using our booking system.
- Collaborate closely with floor staff and kitchen teams to optimize seating capacity and flow.
- Answer phone inquiries, confirm bookings, and provide accurate information about menu offerings and events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable host station at all times.
- Monitor the dining area to anticipate guest needs and assist with table transitions.
- Address guest feedback or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Host/Hostess or Guest Relations Officer in a high-volume restaurant or beach club.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is highly advantageous.
- A warm, friendly, and highly approachable personality with outstanding grooming standards.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with restaurant reservation software is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
