Located in the beautiful island of Bali, our cafe is known for its unique ambiance and dedication to customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm reception from the moment they step through our doors. Your primary focus will be on managing the flow of the restaurant, handling reservations with precision, and communicating effectively with both the front-of-house and kitchen teams. - Greet and welcome guests warmly, creating a positive first impression of MAGIC GARDEN CAFE.
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using the POS system.
- Seat guests promptly and guide them to their tables with a smile.
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally to answer inquiries and take bookings.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth service and timely food delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Handle customer complaints or special requests with patience and a solution-oriented attitude.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant management is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with reservation systems.
- High level of professionalism and grooming standards.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
