- Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize floor flow.
- Answer phone calls and inquiries regarding reservations and restaurant policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and addressing concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience from start to finish.
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and dining area at all times.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or hotel service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems and computer proficiency.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
