Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests as they arrive at The Forge Gastropub.
- Manage the dining room floor, including efficiently seating guests and balancing server sections.
- Handle restaurant reservations and manage the waitlist during peak hours with professionalism.
- Provide guests with accurate wait times and escort them to their assigned tables.
- Maintain a polished and organized reception area throughout the shift.
- Coordinate seamlessly with waitstaff and management to ensure optimal service flow.
- Respond to guest inquiries, resolve minor concerns, and ensure total satisfaction before they depart.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality-related role.
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written, to interact with international clientele.
- Impeccable personal grooming and a professional, positive demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace.
- Knowledge of restaurant reservation software is a significant advantage.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
