Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and seat guests with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Manage reservation systems and maintain accurate wait-time information
- Coordinate with serving staff to ensure seamless guest flow and table turnover
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and seating preferences
- Monitor restaurant occupancy levels and optimize seating arrangements
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized host station and entrance area
- Upsell promotions and seasonal offerings to enhance guest experience
- Collaborate with management during peak hours to maintain service standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in host/hostess or front-of-house role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong knowledge of Balinese tourism and local attractions
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
- Proficient with reservation systems and POS technology
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic food safety certification preferred
