In this high-visibility role, you will manage our guest reservation system, optimize table seating flows, and collaborate closely with our service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, creating an inviting and professional first impression.
- Manage the restaurant's reservation system and coordinate seating plans efficiently to maximize capacity and guest comfort.
- Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and introduce their dedicated service staff.
- Monitor table rotations and communicate accurately with the service and kitchen staff regarding guest flow.
- Handle guest inquiries, phone calls, and reservation bookings in a polite and professional manner.
- Manage waitlists during peak hours, providing realistic wait times and ensuring waiting guests are comfortable.
- Address guest feedback or concerns at the front desk proactively, escalating to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and elegant host station at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is highly advantageous.
- Prior experience as a Host/Hostess, receptionist, or guest relations officer in a high-end restaurant, resort, or beach club.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, outgoing personality and professional grooming standards.
- Familiarity with restaurant reservation platforms (e.g., Chope, TableCheck) and basic POS systems.
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
