Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism upon arrival
- Manage reservation systems and optimize seating arrangements for operational efficiency
- Coordinate with waitstaff to ensure seamless guest transitions and service flow
- Maintain clean and organized entrance/waiting areas according to hygiene standards
- Handle guest inquiries, provide venue information, and resolve concerns promptly
- Manage guest waiting lists during peak hours with clear communication
- Assist with special events, VIP arrangements, and seasonal promotions
Kualifikasi
- Previous front-of-house or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Professional appearance with polished grooming standards
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of hospitality protocols and customer service principles
