Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and seat guests while managing reservation systems and waitlists
- Maintain a pristine entrance and waiting area with impeccable standards
- Coordinate with servers to ensure smooth table turnover and service flow
- Handle guest inquiries, provide menu details, and upsell premium offerings
- Manage high-volume seating during peak hours while maintaining composure
- Collaborate with management to implement service improvements
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining/lounge host/hostess role
- Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation with polished presentation
- Proficiency in reservation software and POS systems
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with grace
- Knowledge of Balinese tourism and local attractions
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic food safety and hygiene certification preferred
