Avli Modern Greek Uluwatu is currently seeking a friendly, professional, and fluent English-speaking Host to join our vibrant team. We are dedicated to providing an authentic and unforgettable dining experience, and we believe that the first impression is everything. As the face of our restaurant, you will be responsible for creating a warm welcome for every guest while managing the front-of-house operations with efficiency and grace.
In this role, you will be the bridge between our guests and the service team. You will manage reservations, handle inquiries, and ensure that our seating arrangements flow smoothly. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a memorable first impression.
- Manage reservations and phone inquiries with accuracy, friendliness, and professionalism.
- Coordinate guest seating and table management to optimize service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of the reception area and waiting lounge.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure seamless service.
- Provide guests with detailed information regarding menu items, drinks, and restaurant policies.
- Assist in cashier duties and POS system transactions when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant hosting role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining composure.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and POS technology is a plus.
- Flexible availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
