Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests promptly with warm, professional demeanor
- Manage reservation systems and waitlist efficiently
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure seamless guest flow
- Handle special requests and accommodate guest preferences
- Maintain clean and organized host station area
- Assist with opening/closing procedures including station setup
- Resolve guest concerns diplomatically and escalate when necessary
Kualifikasi
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
