Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet, seat, and acknowledge all guests with exceptional professionalism
- Manage reservation systems and optimize table turnover efficiency
- Coordinate with servers to ensure smooth guest flow and service timing
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly with diplomacy
- Maintain accurate waitlist and seating chart during peak hours
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of host/hostess station
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in F&B/hospitality host/hostess role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure situations
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
