- Manage guest seating and reservations efficiently while optimizing table turnover
- Deliver exceptional Mandarin-speaking customer service to diverse clientele
- Handle cashiering operations, payments, and billing accurately
- Maintain organized front-of-house operations during peak hours
- Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff for seamless service flow
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with professionalism
- Assist with opening/closing duties including area setup and sanitization
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin and English languages (verbal and written)
- 1+ years front-of-house or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic POS system and cash handling proficiency
- Punctual, reliable with professional presentation
- Knowledge of reservation management systems
