Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests as they arrive at the restaurant with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage restaurant reservations, waitlists, and floor seating arrangements to ensure efficient table turnover.
- Provide guests with accurate information regarding menu items, promotions, and restaurant facilities.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and welcoming entrance and lobby area throughout the shift.
- Handle incoming guest inquiries and reservation requests via telephone and digital platforms with courtesy.
- Coordinate closely with waitstaff and management to ensure a seamless flow of service during peak dining hours.
- Assist in resolving basic guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a host, receptionist, or customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Indonesian (additional languages are a significant advantage).
- Polished professional appearance and a warm, inviting personality.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
