In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire dining experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the restaurant seating plan, ensuring an even distribution of tables for service staff.
- Oversee the reservation system and handle inquiries via phone, email, or in-person walk-ins.
- Coordinate closely with waitstaff and management to communicate guest flow and special requests.
- Provide guests with accurate wait times and manage the waiting area to ensure guest comfort.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house atmosphere.
- Assist in answering guest questions regarding the menu, daily specials, and event offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a host, server, or customer service role, preferably in a high-traffic restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Polished personal presentation and a professional, positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage bookings and seating charts.
- A genuine commitment to providing world-class customer service.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required by the business.
