- Warmly greet and welcome all guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Manage the reservation system and organize table assignments efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus with a professional demeanor.
- Monitor the dining room to ensure guest comfort and assist with special requests.
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone and digital booking platforms.
- Coordinate with service staff to manage table turnover and seating flow during peak hours.
- Maintain a polished and organized front-of-house appearance at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a host/hostess or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a naturally friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure during busy service hours.
- Well-groomed appearance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in restaurant reservation software or a willingness to learn quickly.
