- Warmly welcome and greet all guests upon arrival to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Manage the restaurant reservation system efficiently to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Monitor dining room activity to determine seating availability and accommodate special requests.
- Provide guests with accurate wait time estimates and manage waiting areas professionally.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times, upholding the brand standards of Huge Restaurant.
- Coordinate seamlessly with serving staff and management to optimize table turnover.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with poise, patience, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the restaurant entrance and host station.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Host/Hostess or in a similar customer-facing role in a high-end establishment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage with diverse guests.
- Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during peak dining hours.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant reservation software (e.g., OpenTable, SevenRooms, or similar).
- A proactive, energetic, and positive team player attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
