Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and energetic attitude upon arrival.
- Manage the restaurant/club seating plan and guest flow to ensure efficient service.
- Handle booking inquiries and manage guest lists with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the service and security teams to maintain operational excellence.
- Provide guests with comprehensive information regarding menu highlights, events, and club facilities.
- Assist in resolving guest concerns promptly to maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume hospitality, restaurant, or hotel environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
- Impeccable personal grooming and a professional appearance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
