L'Osteria Pizza e Cucina in Uluwatu is looking for an energetic and professional Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team. As the first point of contact, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest receives a welcoming, seamless, and memorable arrival experience.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the restaurant flow, coordinating seating, and maintaining our high standards of service. Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests as they arrive at L'Osteria.
- Manage the restaurant seating chart to ensure efficient flow and table turnover.
- Handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and confirm bookings via phone or email.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting entrance and reception area.
- Assist service staff by informing them of guest arrival and special requests.
- Manage waitlists professionally during peak hours to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collect guest feedback and address minor concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Host/Hostess in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- A proactive attitude with a high sense of responsibility and punctuality.
- Familiarity with restaurant reservation software is a significant plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
