Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables with a professional demeanor.
- Manage the digital reservation system and optimize table seating to maximize capacity and efficiency.
- Provide accurate wait-time estimates and maintain the organization of the entrance and waiting areas.
- Handle telephone inquiries, bookings, and guest requests with exceptional etiquette.
- Coordinate closely with floor managers and service staff to ensure seamless guest transitions.
- Monitor the dining room flow and communicate table availability to the service team.
- Address and resolve initial guest concerns or seating preferences promptly and politely.
- Maintain a pristine host station and ensure menus are clean and well-presented.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience as a Host/Hostess or in a similar customer-facing role within the F&B or hospitality sector.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly advantageous.
- A professional, well-groomed appearance and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during peak dining hours.
- Familiarity with restaurant reservation software (e.g., TableCheck, OpenTable, or similar).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing a high level of guest service.
- Physical stamina to stand and move for the duration of a shift.
- Comfortable working in a non-halal F&B environment.
