- Host engaging live streaming sessions on Tokopedia, Shopee, and Clouwny's official social media channels
- Present product features, benefits, and promotions with dynamic storytelling techniques
- Interact with real-time audience inquiries to drive conversions and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop live session strategies and content
- Analyze session performance metrics to optimize engagement and sales outcomes
- Maintain product knowledge across Clouwny's catalog to provide accurate information
- Represent Clouwny's brand voice consistently across all live appearances
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in live streaming, hosting, or sales presentation
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing trends
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to real-time audience interactions
- Passion for sales with proven track record in meeting targets
