Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and register guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Provide detailed information about property amenities, local attractions, and house rules.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic standards of the villa/homestay areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure all facilities are in perfect working order.
- Manage basic administrative tasks related to guest bookings and stay documentation.
- Assist in promoting property services and experiences to enhance the guest stay.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or public relations is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Friendly, approachable personality with a focus on problem-solving.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with mobile applications/management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly attentive to detail.
