In this role, you will be the face of our brand, driving audience engagement, answering customer inquiries in real-time, and significantly boosting our sales conversion through platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and Tokopedia Play.
We are looking for someone who can translate technical product specifications into engaging, easy-to-understand content. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct live streaming sessions daily across various e-commerce platforms to showcase products.
- Explain product features and benefits for medical equipment, tools, and lubricants clearly to potential customers.
- Engage actively with the audience, answering questions and addressing comments to drive immediate sales.
- Execute creative content strategies and promotional campaigns during live sessions.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify trending topics to optimize streaming performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align live stream themes with monthly promotional goals.
- Track and report live streaming metrics to assess sales performance and audience growth.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Live Streamer, Host, or Public Speaker is highly preferred.
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly and persuasively.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Tokopedia.
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for digital marketing and sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Willingness to be based in Jakarta Utara.
