- Host engaging live streaming sessions to showcase products and drive sales conversions
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and promotional content during live broadcasts
- Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions and building audience rapport
- Actively promote new product launches and highlight key features/benefits
- Develop strategies to increase followers and engagement across streaming platforms
- Collaborate with marketing team to align content with campaign objectives
- Track streaming performance metrics and optimize content based on viewer feedback
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information during streams
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in live streaming, hosting, or on-camera presentations
- Proven track record in sales or e-commerce environments preferred
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills in Indonesian
- Comfortable working with streaming equipment and platforms (e.g., Instagram Live, TikTok Live)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Goal-oriented mindset with ability to meet sales targets and KPIs
- Basic understanding of social media trends and digital marketing principles
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends for streaming schedules
