- Welcome and greet all members and guests with a warm, professional demeanor
- Manage check-in/out process efficiently using our membership system
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries in a courteous and helpful manner
- Provide information about class schedules, membership options, and facility amenities
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times
- Assist with membership sign-ups and processing payments
- Coordinate with fitness instructors and management team to ensure seamless operations
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Professional appearance with a friendly and approachable personality
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
