Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests and members with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing the reception area.
- Assist with membership inquiries, registrations, and provide information about our fitness programs and facilities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area at all times.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with grace, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Coordinate with the fitness instructors and management team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role within the hospitality or fitness industry.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
