As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming, seamless, and premium experience at our world-class padel facility.

Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome all guests, members, and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the front desk operations, including guest check-ins, registration, and inquiries.
- Handle court bookings, membership sign-ups, and payment processing accurately.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure court availability and guest satisfaction.
- Provide detailed information regarding our services, padel programs, and facility amenities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area at all times.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve minor issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Assist with administrative tasks and reporting as requested by management.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Hospitality or Tourism degree is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a reception, customer service, or front-of-house role.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and booking management systems.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
