PT Terra Padel Nusantara is seeking a dedicated and energetic Host / Receptionist to join our growing team in the heart of Bali. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming, seamless, and premium experience at our world-class padel facility.

We are looking for an individual who prides themselves on excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage a busy front desk with grace. Tanggung Jawab

  • Welcome all guests, members, and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including guest check-ins, registration, and inquiries.
  • Handle court bookings, membership sign-ups, and payment processing accurately.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure court availability and guest satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed information regarding our services, padel programs, and facility amenities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area at all times.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve minor issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and reporting as requested by management.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Hospitality or Tourism degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a reception, customer service, or front-of-house role.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and booking management systems.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
