Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet all members, visitors, and guests with a friendly, welcoming, and professional attitude.
  • Manage the check-in process efficiently using our gym database and booking management software.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls, social media messages, and email inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Provide comprehensive information about membership packages, fitness classes, and personal training options to prospective clients.
  • Maintain a clean, highly organized, and aesthetically pleasing front desk and reception area.
  • Process payments, register new members, and manage day-to-day administrative paperwork.
  • Coordinate closely with fitness instructors, personal trainers, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, front desk operations, guest relations, or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a confident, cheerful, and approachable personality.
  • Comfortable using basic computer programs, Point of Sale (POS) systems, and booking software.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively during busy peak hours.
  • A genuine passion for fitness, health, wellness, and community building.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
