As a Host/Server, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, setting the tone for their entire dining experience. Your warm welcome and attentive service will ensure that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and excited about their visit. You'll not only manage seating arrangements and reservations but also provide exceptional table service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their meal.
This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with our kitchen and service teams to coordinate seamless operations, handle special requests, and address any concerns promptly. - Warmly greet and seat guests in a timely and organized manner
- Manage restaurant reservations and waiting lists efficiently
- Set tables and rearrange dining areas to accommodate larger groups and prepare for special events
- Present menus, explain offerings, and take food and beverage orders accurately
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders
- Monitor tables throughout service to ensure guest satisfaction and address any needs
- Process payments efficiently and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Positive attitude and ability to remain calm during busy periods
- Team player with collaborative mindset
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
