Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house staff to ensure consistent service delivery
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes and resolve service inquiries promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless operations
- Implement and monitor service standards, safety protocols, and brand guidelines
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews to maintain team excellence
- Handle escalated guest complaints with professionalism and solution-oriented approaches
- Optimize scheduling and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years hospitality supervisory experience in premium establishments
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong problem-solving abilities and crisis management experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software
- Knowledge of local tourism landscape and cultural sensitivities
- High school diploma; hospitality certification or degree preferred
