- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and prompt issue resolution
- Manage reservation systems, bookings, and occupancy with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate check-in/check-out procedures while maintaining high standards of service
- Organize and facilitate social activities to foster a welcoming, community atmosphere
- Perform daily hostel maintenance including cleanliness checks and basic repairs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Act as local tourism ambassador, providing guests with authentic recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hostel operations preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record-keeping
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for social interaction and community building
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems and communications
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
