- Warmly welcome and greet all guests upon arrival with a professional and inviting demeanor.
- Manage reservation systems efficiently to ensure smooth guest flow and optimal table turnover.
- Provide guests with accurate information regarding menu offerings, promotions, and resort facilities.
- Coordinate closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback with grace, efficiency, and professionalism.
- Maintain a pristine and organized reception area that reflects the luxury standard of Secret Garden Village.
- Assist in managing guest seating charts and accommodating special requests or arrangements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism is highly preferred.
- Previous experience as a Hostess, Front Office, or in a similar guest-facing role in a luxury resort or high-end restaurant.
- Possess a friendly, outgoing personality with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a significant advantage.
- Impeccable grooming, hygiene, and a professional appearance.
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and positive under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
