Black Sand Bali is looking for an energetic and professional Hostess to join our front-of-house team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a pivotal role in setting the tone for their visit, ensuring our venue maintains its reputation for excellence and warm Balinese hospitality.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of our restaurant, handling reservations with precision, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed from the moment they step through our doors. Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage restaurant reservations, walk-ins, and seating assignments to ensure efficient floor turnover.
- Coordinate with service staff to communicate guest preferences, special occasions, and allergies.
- Maintain a pristine and organized entrance and waiting area.
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding menu, services, and booking availability.
- Assist in managing table wait times during peak hours to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of professional grooming and conduct at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a Hostess, Guest Relations, or front-of-house hospitality role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- A warm, welcoming, and professional personality with a proactive service mindset.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems or restaurant reservation software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a diverse team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
