Tanggung Jawab
- Greets and welcomes guests warmly upon arrival in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manages the reservation system and maintains an accurate seating chart for the dining room.
- Answers incoming phone calls and takes accurate reservations and messages.
- Assists with guest inquiries regarding menus, dietary restrictions, and special requests.
- Coordinates with waitstaff and kitchen to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Assists in other front-of-house duties as required to ensure guest satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hostess or in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English is preferred (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shift patterns.
