Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests as they arrive at the establishment.
- Manage the dining room floor layout and coordinate guest seating to ensure efficient service.
- Oversee the reservation system and handle guest inquiries via phone or in-person.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance and uphold service standards at all times.
- Collaborate closely with waitstaff and management to ensure seamless communication during peak hours.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the entrance and reception area.
- Handle guest feedback or concerns with grace, professionalism, and quick resolution.
Kualifikasi
- High School diploma or equivalent; Hospitality degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a restaurant or bar setting.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- A friendly, proactive, and welcoming personality with a positive attitude.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for reservation management software.
