Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Manage the restaurant reservation system efficiently to ensure seamless guest seating.
- Coordinate with the service team to manage table turnover and floor capacity effectively.
- Answer incoming telephone inquiries regarding reservations, restaurant information, and private events.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the reception area.
- Handle guest special requests and provide information about the menu and dining experience.
- Monitor the dining area to ensure guest satisfaction and address any immediate needs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing role within the F&B industry.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Polished professional appearance and hygiene standards.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
