- Warmly greet and seat guests with efficiency and courtesy
- Manage reservation systems and waitlist coordination
- Answer phone inquiries and process table bookings
- Maintain clean, organized entrance and waiting areas

- Collaborate with team during peak service periods
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service role preferred
