- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and immediate seating.
- Manage the seating arrangement efficiently to optimize guest flow and minimize wait times during peak hours.
- Assist with taking reservations and updating guest information accurately in the system.
- Clean and maintain the reception and dining areas to uphold high standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless order processing.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a friendly and problem-solving attitude.
- Support daily operational tasks and assist other team members as needed to ensure smooth service.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not strictly required.
- A friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and move around the venue efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent education is preferred.
