- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements to ensure optimal flow.
- Answer phone calls professionally and handle incoming inquiries or reservations.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure orders and seating are processed efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions and manage cash or digital payments accurately.
- Assist in upselling products or services to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Monitor the dining area to ensure all guests are satisfied and comfortable.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a hospitality, restaurant, or customer service role is preferred.
