- Warmly greet and welcome all guests with exceptional service standards
- Efficiently manage reservation systems and optimize seating arrangements
- Coordinate with F&B team for seamless guest transitions and service flow
- Maintain pristine hostess station area with organized materials and cleanliness
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about club offerings
- Assist VIP guests with personalized seating preferences and special requests
- Collaborate with security team to ensure smooth entry and crowd management
- Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address concerns
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in hostess, guest relations, or front-of-house roles
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability to thrive in high-energy, fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Professional appearance and polished interpersonal demeanor
- Knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, SevenRooms)
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
