Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in customer service or hostess role
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic proficiency with reservation management systems
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of Mandarin is advantageous
