In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless check-in process. You will work closely with the management team to establish operational standards for our new outlet. - Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival.
- Reservations: Manage reservations efficiently and seat guests in an organized manner.
- Opening Duties: Assist with pre-opening preparations to ensure the venue is ready for service.
- Coordination: Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Guest Experience: Anticipate guest needs and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Hygiene: Maintain a clean and tidy reception area and waiting lounge.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the service team to achieve high standards of hospitality.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, or bars is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Attitude: A friendly, approachable, and energetic personality.
