Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile upon arrival.
- Manage the reservation system and coordinate table seating efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about the menu, daily specials, and restaurant policies.
- Answer phone calls and take reservations professionally.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure a smooth dining flow.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
