Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage restaurant reservations, walk-in inquiries, and seating charts to maximize efficiency.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure seamless table turnover and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, manage waitlists, and resolve minor service concerns with grace and professionalism.
- Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the entrance and reception area.
- Assist in answering telephone inquiries regarding restaurant hours, menus, and reservation availability.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety and hospitality protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality or food & beverage industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy restaurant environment.
- Professional, polished appearance and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems or restaurant reservation software is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ubud, Bali.
