Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet, seat, and assist all guests with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage guest waitlists and provide accurate wait time estimates
- Coordinate with service team to ensure smooth table turnover and guest flow
- Answer phone inquiries and manage reservations professionally
- Uphold venue standards for cleanliness, organization, and ambiance
- Handle special requests and guest concerns with grace and solutions
- Act as brand ambassador by promoting venue offerings and events
- Collaborate with management to optimize guest experience and operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in hostess or front-of-house role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Professional appearance and polished customer service demeanor
- Ability to multitask in high-energy, fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of reservation systems and POS technology preferred
- Passion for hospitality and commitment to guest satisfaction
