Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and escort guests to their tables or requested locations upon arrival.
- Manage restaurant or venue reservations with precision using our internal booking system.
- Coordinate with floor staff and management to ensure a seamless guest flow.
- Handle incoming telephone inquiries and guest requests with professional courtesy.
- Maintain a polished, clean, and welcoming front-of-house atmosphere at all times.
- Assist in resolving minor guest concerns to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Provide guests with information regarding menu highlights, daily specials, and venue amenities.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a hostess, front desk, or customer service role is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- A friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor, even under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A well-groomed and professional appearance that reflects our brand standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent hospitality certification.
